I know this might be weird but how many times do you “go” a day? A healthy normal digestive system will go at least once a day and up to three times a day! (No 2’s)

I know I don’t and I know I’d probably feel a lot better if I did! Well that’s because we have bad tummies! And we need to start building up our intestine walls to help aid digestion to stop the toxins from getting into our skin!

I’ll make a note that 98% of this program will be aimed at diet. Tonics, creams and drugs are not used as a means of healing your skin, its more that the beauty industry likes to make money of people who want to not be crocodiles.

One thing that we need to do is first rid our bodies of all the toxins that have been built up in our system for years without knowing it! All the gunk and gank that ur poor body has been trying to eliminate but can’t because we keep putting more and more and more in everyday!

HOW DO WE RID OUR BODIES OF TOXINS?

I suggest two things. 1. DRINK LOADS OF WATER! 2. Have a colonic enema.  I know number 2 sounds weird but actually it really realllllly helps.

Have a glass with some lemon to help with your PH.

Your body needs to have the space to repair itself, and it can’t do that if the stuff wont budge and more toxins are being poured in without you knowing it.

I used a home kit, that you can buy online. The first time I had one was weird but the feeling of well being afterward was amazing.

Everyday drink 8 glasses of water. Drink 30 mins before and after meals but NOT during.

This will aid your digestion and not put pressure on work that your body is struggling to do anyway.

STOP DRINKING CAFFINE & ALCOHOL.

Look I know this sounds bad and you want to stop reading my blog anyway BUT if you have realllly bad skin and your at a point you’ll try anything or even if you just have amazing will power then STOP. (Or at least slow down until you do)

Since I came from North East England I LOVE my tea and was drinking it since i was 5, had my own little porcelain cup and everything! This was/is the hardest challenge for me.

It seems replacing your normal tea for a different one does really work! and I suggest Camomile or another digestion aid which isn’t acid based.

NO ACID – ACID IS BAD.

People with psoriasis have high acidic “neutrals” ph. This means we need to be more alkaline in order to balance out our natural state to give our bodies the best chance in fighting this thing.

Massage your tummy, and fart if you need to!!!!

We have bad tummies, if your aware or not. Keeping your farts in is like keeping your vomit in when you need to barf, or taking a bath of chemicals. LET IT OUT, it needs to come out, its toxic gas that does not want to be inside. A message from your body telling you it’s doing something to something bad!

Go to the toilet as much as you can! It’s a natural way of getting rid of waste we don’t need. Try a day’s worth of laxatives to start the process, just remember to keep hydrated!

Apples, apple and more Apples. If you don’t like apples then eat grapes!

Red apples or golden delicious! Always black/red grapes!

This is another way to help clearing out, eat a day of apples then have a home enema. The enzymes in the apples will help get the build up out and aid digestion. Eat a pint of plain natural yogurt after to keep you good bacteria in good nick!

Once we give our bodies a fighting chance then it can really start to get to work on what matters! Our Skin!

Weird fact – People are living long lives 60 years+ now because we have toilets everywhere and don’t need to hold it in to go out to the out house on a cold night.

Another one – white bread was invented to stop workers going to the toilet “breaks” regularly from eating their homemade whole grain bread.
